Dan, over at Vendor Hippo just posted a great video from his/our evening at The Organic Dish last Friday. Despite the snow, quite a few people showed up. Maybe they’ll hold their next one in the summer?

Thanks for joining us. Despite the weather it was a reasonable success. Those brave enough to stay until the end were rewarded with lots of leftover food!
Great event! I’m already a huge Organic Dish fan, but I was able to try out a few more dishes and meet some other entrepreneurs in the Boulder community. Hopefully, The Organic Dish will put another one together next year.
