Savory Spice Shop on the Food Network

If you love spices, then you must visit Savory Spice Shop (with two locations in Denver, one in Littleton, and another in Boulder). They carry a dizzying array of bulk spices (and not much else), flavors you didn’t know existed, and handy recipes to point you in the right direction.

I mention them now because the owners, Janet & Mike, will be featured on Saturday’s episode (March 28th) of Paula’s Best Dishes airing on the Food Network at 11:30am (click for other air dates and recipes featured on the show).

I had a hard time believing such a niche store could survive, but four store openings later, it seems like Savory Spice Shop has no trouble finding customers passionate about spices…
