The Cook Street School of Fine Cooking in Denver is celebrating their 10th anniversary with a unique recipe and cooking content. All recipes must be 10 items or less, and be cooked in 10 minute or less (though you get 45 minutes to prep). The finalists will be asked to prepare the meal in front of a panel of judges - and the winner gets a $10k foodie trip to New York City. Pretty cool?
