How To Grow $200,000 Worth of Produce on a Rooftop

Thanks to Elephant Journal for the tip, but check out TreeHugger’s article about an upcoming hydroponic farm on a New York City rooftop. It will produce roughly 30 tons of fruits and veggies.

Think it’s possible that 30 years from now people will be incredulously asking: “You used to buy vegetables from South America?!?”

That is AWESOME! I’m sure someone in Boulder has the knowledge and funding to get this going somewhere. very cool.
