Last night, Naturally Boulder held their annual Spring Fling (”the premier natural products networking event”) event, complete with a guest appearance by Michael Pollan. The space was PACKED with people all night long - so crowded that you could barely make it to the great spread of food!

For some reason, I assume that most food lovers know all about Slow Food. And, thanks to that one annoying friend we all had, we know what happens when you assume…

The short version: Slow Food promotes a traditional food culture. This encompasses ideals like:

Eating local and organic
Cooking
Growing food
Making eating an event to be enjoyed with [...]
