Stat: Currently, the FDA only has enough inspectors to cover around 5% of the total food production facilities. Obviously this number is unacceptable, and Obama mentions increasing our inspection capabilities. But certainly, he doesn’t mean twentyfold, [...]

Think about it: the local bees go from flower to flower, pollenating, buzzing around, and generally doing their thing. At the end of the day, the honey they make contains little bits of local pollen. Rather than walking out the door for a faceful of pollen, eating said honey builds up your tolerance slowly.
